1. Flatten your lower back
– Sit


2. Locate your hip joints
– Stand
– Biggest Joint in body

 

3. Find your first rib

 

4. Move your rib cage not your shoulders

 

5. Let go of your belly (core myth)
– Soft co-ordinated movement

 

6. Trick your eyes to look up
– glasses with tape

 

7. Push the stick forward
– Expansion and direction

 

8. Flat of the thigh on the saddle
– Thigh bone
– Weight transfer – seat to thigh is thigh to seat

 

9. Free your ankles
– brace ankles, absorb movement in lower back

 

10. Smile! (across your butt)
