– Cathrine has been avid horse lover since the age of 9, doing countless riding lessons, courses, years of working with horses and a formal college education as horse trainer and riding instructor, taught me a lot of technical stuff, but not how to connect with horses.
Cathrine advises to connect with your horse and ride like a Viking.
Through connecting with horses and not constricting and micromanaging them we can achieve amazing things with our horses. Ride Like a Viking is founded on a dream of allowing horses carrying themselves and use their bodies functionally, without the rider constricting or micromanaging the horse to do so.
