1. Hydration – colic/transport/performance/behaviour
2. Bad Behaviour – always poor training or pain, almost never bad temperament, 99% story
3. Saddle fit – finger rub, curvey broad back issue
4. Back pain – commonly saddles/falls/pull back
5. Lameness – never shoulders, rarely spine
6. Watch out for stifles in older horses (more than hocks)
7. Can’t have M/L imbalance in hind feet
8. Feet: Types of shoes, don’t trim frogs, trim bars level, shoeing interval
9. Bare feet: more commitment needed
