Using Exercise Physiology to Assist Horse Riders Maintain Strength and Fitness and Prevent Injury
About Jason
– Jason is the Manager of Equestrifit New Zealand and he is also a Certified Personal Trainer and developed a equestrian rider fitness program. Seven years ago he created ‘Bounce’ an equestrian specific way to exercise using purpose built equipment.
Jason recognised the need for riders to strengthen their position and develop stability & control. While seated on a movement platform, this enables riders to train off external resistance and develop the strength and confidence to be more effective as a rider.
