Encouraging Humans to Listen to Horses Using the Masterson Method with Jim Masterson

The Masterson Method encourages humans to listen to the horse, and follow their responses to help them release tension.

1. You talk a bit about humans needing to soften themselves first – could you explain what you mean by that? Is that mentally or physically?

2. How does this tension or softening in ourselves affect the horse?

3. How do you ‘listen’ to the horse?

4. What kind of outward responses should we expect? How do those responses correlate to what’s happening in the horse’s body?

5. What is Search-Response-Stay-Release? (SRSR)

6. How long does it take for a horse to let go of tension in a particular area?

7. What if you know a horse has some restriction on the right neck? Where would you start working and how?

8. You say everyone can do this technique – can you describe, say, The Bladder Meridian?

9. Are there a lot of people working with The Masterson Method, and giving The Bladder Meridian to horses? How many countries?

10. What is your favorite story about working with a horse using The Masterson Method?
