1) Alignment of horse and rider spines (horizontal/vertical) to move as one

 

2) Understanding the comparison of the Tai-chi stand with the rider’s seat

 

3) Align riders and horses balance points/centres of gravity

 

4) 26 reflex points that cause negative reactions from the horse

 

5) Choosing proper girth length and shape

 

6) Fitting the saddle = fitting the riding helmet
