– Wayne has been a Licensed United States Equestrian Federation Judge for over 40 years, a Licensed Horse Show Judge by 8 breed and discipline organizations, Judged Horse Shows in 10 foreign countries, conducted Judges Education Training and Licensing Seminars in 6 foreign countries, University Professor for Equine Studies, Coached Intercollegiate Horse Judging Teams, taught Seminars on Form to Function all over the world, Presenter and Instructor at Equitana – Australia and New Zealand,
Wayne has also conducted Breed Marketing and Promotion Audits for the US Department of Agriculture – Foreign Marketing Service, written manuals on a variety of topics, produced videos on horse gaits and analysis and served as the administrator for the Arabian, Morgan and Hanoverian associations in the US.
