“Ten Tips for Accepting Equine Behaviour”

1) The horse always comes first

2) Always choose the training to suit the horse, do not force the horse to suit the training

3) To remove the symptom, treat the cause of a problem

4 )Always give the horse the benefit of the doubt.

5) Before blaming the horse, look at yourself.

6) There is no such thing as a problem horse-only horses with problems.

7) Learn from the horses, as they are the only ‘experts’ on their own behaviour.

8) Believe in the true nature of the horse.

9) Trust what the horse is telling you.

10) Trust the horse as much as you want the horse to trust you.
